What is red light therapy & how can it help my clients?

Red light therapy was originally designed by NASA to grow plants in space and has been developed ever since for human health as it improves overall cell function. It has been clinically studied & FDA approved. Also known as LED (light-emitting diode). As it gets deep into the cell level specifically the mitochondria within our cells, it gives more energy to the cells so they can do their work more efficiently, such as repairing skin, boosting new cell growth and enhancing skin rejuvenation.

What can red light therapy help with?

Well here’s the impressive list or benefits and it just so happens that I have one for my clients to use while having foot reflexology!

💡 Red carpet glowing skin

💡Wound healing

💡 Boosts collagen & elastin production

💡 Diminishes open pores (personal experience)

💡 Thread veins reduction (personal experience)

Mine also has an infrared setting & it helps

💡controls acne

💪muscle tension

💪Joint pain

💪 gut health

💪Arthritic pain & stiffness (my mom is my walking advert for that after I bought her one)

The product I use. The Celluma is patent to be flexible so I can mould it around my happy clients faces.

Tried and tested

As I’ve said before I only talk about what has actually worked for me and my skin is without doubt better for regular use. The open pores I had on my forehead have gone! I don’t know if I was getting rosacea whatever that was has vanished too!

I intended to rent mine out but can’t bear to part with it for more than a day and it’s too expensive to buy two 😆 sooo I offer it while I’m treating the feet. Perfect combo. Obviously it won’t work at the same time as facial reflexology, unless you have a reachable joint issue that you need help with. Like an arm or shoulder. The best way to add it in to your treatment is to follow this link

If you intend to buy one pleased don’t buy a £60 one from Amazon. Do your research and buy the best quality you possibly can! Or speak to me about the brand I use which is the Celluma who have just won some awards for being the best brand! And I may be able to get you a discount.

Red Light therapy used for joint issues

Using on my thumb and wrist after my treatments. But my favourite is always on my face!

Is it like a sun bed - NO DEFINITELY NOT

Don’t get red light therapy confused in any way with sun-beds. They are quite the opposite & these have huge therapeutic benefits.

Sunbeds are UV (ultraviolet light) & have a damaging effect on skin.
