She is the ultimate Health guru & she came to London to do a lecture.

Wow what a lecture it was.  3 hours of epic information. As @barbara.oneill.heals (1 mil instagram followers)  & @realbarbaraoneill gets shadow banned & censored for passing on information that basically stops big farma from making money (sorry if that’s a shocker but that’s the crux of it) @phillyjlay suggested we all film it because we can’t all be taken down!  She, as many of us believe the body was designed to heal itself.

☀️Getting sunshine - she didn’t mention it in the lecture but this includes NOT wearing sunglasses so your eyes tell your brain how sunny it is and will protect your skin accordingly. This has been a strong practice of mine for sometime.

💦Use of water  (with natural salt) We all know. But it really does help with joints, lowering blood pressure etc.

😴 Sleep - and importantly between 10pm - 12am If you’ve seen my online course for improving sleep you will know when to do what.

🍔 Abstain from processed foods, caffeine, alcohol, sugar NOT forgetting herbicides & insecticides & mould! Not putting toxic shit IN or ON your body…In the form of chemical beauty & cleaning products. You’ll know this is my passion project from my instagram stories and my website. I’m in the process of creating a blog post in the form of a directory of what’s clean and what’s not coming very soon.

😮‍💨 Inhale- this includes breathing through our nose & keeping your mouth closed. This can take a bit of getting used to but I have been doing this for around 3 years now and it will become automatic. I can now mostly to do high intensity exercise with my mouth closed throughout.

🥥 Nutrition - We know. This is common sense right! make the right choices for a healthier lifestyle.

🏋️‍♀️ Exercise - The older we get the more we simply have to. Making small changes will support your health.

Yes of course the water cooler moment was supplied with Celtic sea salt! Nailed it.
